The valves are continuously leaking I’d like a replacement please
I ordered an Ice Bath on Nov. 29. The website clearly states shipping in the US will be sent from the US and will ship in 3-5 business days. After not received my order I looked at the tracking and saw that my item was held up in customs and was sent back to Polar Recovery due to funds not being paid. I never once was notified that I needed to pay extra funds of that this item was shipping from the UK. I reached out to customer service only via email as there is no phone number listed and got a very poor response and was not given any resolution. It stated on the website yesterday(12/17) that is I ordered I would receive the item in two business days. I emailed customer service asking if this was possible to get my item in two days as stated on the website and I was told no and to buy an item off of Amazon. I am very frustrated and felt very misled when placing this order that I expected to be here before Christmas. I would love a call to discuss this matter and not just email communication. I do not understand why it didn't state on the website that the item would be coming from the UK and additional custom fees would be needed. I would have never ordered this for a Christmas gift if this information was stated clearly. Please call me to discuss.
I used to have a lumi round pod, however it had a problem with the blowup ring which I was unable to fix. I decided to get the oval Bath shape which I could use with my chiller unit. It easy to install and is so comfortable to lay in, I’m so happy with the product and the service
