Love this sauna. I read one review that steam was coming out every where. That is not my experience, and my sauna at the moment is in the corner of my lounge.
It was easy to put together just follow the instructions and I put it together by myself.
The sauna it self gets nice and steamy and I loved it. Felt so much better afterwards.

Great addition to our outdoor spa area, along with an ice bath. Easy to assemble, and surprisingly robust. The machine, hoses etc are easy to set up and run well. The sauna gets to a pleasant heat, although don’t expect the same as you would get in a fixed steam room. It’s enough to promote a deep relaxation in my muscles. The wee window is a lovely touch. We have ours outdoors for now, and rain gets in the top, so it’s not weather proof but we added some foam bars to the top to make it pent and let the rain run off. If it floods it’s very easy to just tip the water out. Highly recommend for the price and convenience. Customer service was also great. 👍🏻

Having seen my sister enjoy her polar ice bath and rave about it and its benefits so much I felt left out and decided to treat myself to one . I Absobloodylutely love it , given I’m such an active person it’s so ideal and handy I’m always in it . So easy to put up and fill and also cover over

Brilliant piece of kit, excellent back up for when it's not convenient to go sea swimming. Plenty of room to relax and soak. Luv it. Just hope a space ship cover is developed for this one very soon as it can get quite wild and windy here.

The ice bath itself is amazing quality, easy to set up and use. The effects are amazing, I feel so much more energy and I recover from workouts so much quicker.

I am so please with my tub, I usually do cold water dips in lakes, burns Waterfalls etc. But been able to have tub in my own garden Is amazing, I duffer from Fibromyalgia and arthritis and it helps me lots. Been great with our freezing scottish weather, no need to add ice it's already frozen. Would recommend it to everyone to try x

One of the reasons I wanted a polar ice tub pod was so I could take a polar plunge in the privacy of my own backyard whenever I feel like it! Prior to getting this one, I had only plunged at the gym, but that one was only available if the owner filled it and I brought my own ice. This tub was really easy to assemble, seems pretty durable, and the bundle came with the floating lid and cover so I don’t have to drain it after every use. Shipping was a LOT faster than expected. The tub holds the cold temperature well. Thank you for a great purchase! I look forward to freezing more in the future!

Thought I’d give this ice bath thing a challenge. Always had issues with my ankles and legs after having several operations. Wanted to try and speed up recovery time after working out and running etc. Been using for only a week so far and I’m already hooked. Feels so good on a morning just want to try and keep pushing yourself longer. Clear mind and feeling great, gets a double thumbs up from me 👍🏼👍🏼

I have been using cold water therapy for some years and as runner/triathlete was looking at cold water pods to help with recovery.

I did research and see that this pod by Polar was the bets recommended and it does not disappoint at all. Its amazing, really easy to put up and away and does the job perfectly.

Had my tub for about a month now…I’ve used it nearly every day. Good quality tub made from good quality materials. Easy to empty out and clean. Came with a reusable ice pack and I also purchased the floating thermometer which has been very useful. Can’t fault the product or service.

The first thing I’ll say is that if you’re thinking about getting an ice recovery tub then look no further! This is definitely the company to buy from! The tubs are amazing quality and a nice little touch chucking in a thermometer for free 👌🏼

I’ve only used the tub a few times up to now but already feel so much better, an early morning plunge definitely sets you up for the day and you feel so good afterwards but I won’t tell no lies it’s cold as f**k but you get used to it 😂

I’ll finish by saying that I didn’t know too much about who to purchase from as there’s a few company’s out there but 100% made the right choice choosing Polar! They have super quick delivery and the customer service is second to none, always reply with whatever questions you have. Would 100% recommend this company! 👍🏼

Set up was really simple, very sturdy product, lots of room, and will be easy to transport if travelling.
I have been cold water dipping for sometime, but this tub offers me so many more opportunities to be in daily. The benefits of cold water therapy right outside my door. What’s not to love about this. All pros and no cons.

Only used a couple of times so far but it is comfy to sit in and with the inflated side you can relax nicely. Only minor thing is I wish you could get a firmer lid as when it rains the cover sinks and you cannot get the water off without it ending up in the tub. Otherwise, it suits me just fine 👍

I enjoy cold water dips when I go paddle boarding but unable to go every day and enjoy the benefits. This is a great solution to enable me to enjoy a dip everyday.
