Is everything in the sale?

Most of the range. 15% off Nova, Eclipse and Sauna Cube saunas, wooden ice baths and the Ember and Royal hot tubs (bundles included), 20% off the Polar Cove, 25% off the Original, Elite and Pro ice baths and 60% off selected accessories. Chillers on their own and a few older items aren't in the sale: their pages say so.

Is installation included?

Can I return a Black Friday order?

Yes, the same as any order: free returns for 14 days after delivery, then our 60-day promise if it's not built and in its original packaging (a Nova or Eclipse can come back even once built). From day 15, big items have a 10% restocking fee (15% on Sauna Cubes). Collecting a big item from Scotland, Northern Ireland or Ireland costs 10% of its price. Full details: returns policy.
