Excellent service from when we ordered to when it was installed. We were kept informed throughout the process and the two guys who installed our sauna were very friendly and professional throughout. We have been using our sauna for approximately 2weeks and can certainly feel the benefits and my disabled partner has said it’s helped with her arthritis and pain relief

I'm so pleased with my infra red sauna, I use it most mornings and start the day feeling invigorated. Mike and Dan did the install in my pre prepared space at the top of the garden, I sit in there overlooking the garden sweating out all the toxins listening to podcasts. Perfect!

This is a very nice wooden sauna and ideal for 2 people. I particularly like the glass doors. Communication was good when there was a slight delay in delivery but thereafter, delivery was easy and the deliver team assembled and tested it. I was glad to have this service as unless you are good at self assembly, it is well worth it and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Looks great in our newly converted office to home gym. Doesn’t take long to heat up and nice to have all the extras such as access to music and fun lighting. Highly recommend.

Dealing with company was easy from the start. Great communication with the owner of the business. From ordering the product, through to delivery and installation all went smoothly. Bought a 2 person infrared sauna after speaking to Polar salesman Matt, discounted price and free professional build at my home, what's not to like, in less than 1 week it was delivered built and i was hooked, really slick piece of kit, heats up quickly, plenty of space for 2 people comfortably and 1 month down the line, still loving it.

After quite a lot of searching and looking at the different options we opted for a sauna from polar recovery.

I started with a Nook sauna, 6 weeks to deliver, then faulty, 6 weeks to collect and sort refund. Ordered the Polar (basically same price) and it was delivered installed and working within 2 weeks. Easy to deal with, good spec, well made and assembled. 100% happy, its superb, heats quickly, does exactly what you would want. Totally the right choice.

Can’t recommend Polar Recovery highly enough

Have had the Nova 2 Sauna for 4 weeks and really getting used to it. We use it 3/4 times a week and are feeling the benefits. It heats to 30° C plus in around 20 minutes and then up to 50° as we sit and relax in the sauna. As we get more used to it we will go to higher temperatures. It really helps us to relax after exercise or busy days and eases some muscle aches.
We were not quite ready to install when the unit was delivered so I declined the offer to have it built. That was a mistake as building was not as easy as I had imagined and took some time to get right. I would recommend getting the unit built and installed. The quality of the unit is very good and we have had no problems since we installed it.
Now that we are getting used to it we are really pleased with the quality and the performance of this sauna.

Had our sauna for a couple of months now, and we love it. Great addition to our spare room. Heats up quickly, and really starting to feel the benefits of regular use.
We had a slight delay with delivery, but was sorted as soon as the guys possibly could, and we were kept informed throughout.
Installation was great and was definitely worth the extra cost.
Overall we’re really pleased with our purchase, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Polar. We definitely know where to head in the future if we want to upgrade to an outdoor one. Thank you guys!

We have just had our Nova 2 Infrared Sauna delivered and installed and were really happy with the prompt delivery, good communication and product. It looks smart too ... and we are hoping to reap the rewards from all of the health & well-being benefits it makes claim to.

This is a first class sauna which is just the job now that the summer has gone! Gets up to temperature quickly and at its hottest is enough to test even the most die hard sauna fans. Great communication from the company throughout. Friendly and efficient delivery and assembly. Looks very stylish and clean in the room. Could not recommend more highly.

We got this because it wasn't always convenient to get to the gym for a sauna, as I was playing sport, in my 50's, I always felt tired and achy.

We've had this set up now for two or three and weeks and so far is excellent. It gets up to temperature in 20 to 30 minutes and allows us both to adjust up and down based on our preferences.
I didn't think I'd be bothered by the bluetooth connectivity, but actually quite like it now.

In all we are delighted with the purchase.
The only tiny caveat I have is that there isn't room to stretch your legs out. It's not cramped, but I like to stretch my legs. My wife doesn't care about this and thinks I complain too much!

Excellent product, delivery was very slow and had to chase but to be fair they did reply almost immediately. Delivery and installation team were friendly and provided instructions to use. Product itself is amazing, Bluetooth speakers are great for taking mind off the heat. Another infrared light above would be for good for the health benefits to the body.

Only had it a three weeks, using it 4 or 5 times a week. Loving it so far.

We’ve loved using our infrared sauna since we’ve got it. Perfect to aid recovery, really helps sleep, and is a great way to relax. We use it alongside our cold plunge to help recover after long training sessions and find it invaluable.

Would thoroughly recommend this sauna.

+Really impressed at the heat output. Situated in an uninsulated shed I was concerned it might not get up to temp but it's fine (Mike gave us realistic pre heat times adjusted for our instalation).
