I am really thrilled with my polar xl ice bath...I spent some time looking for and reviewing tubs before settling on the polar.
They aren't the cheapest but they are fantastic quality, very easy and quick to set up, and offer super speedy delivery!

I’ve been after an outdoor sauna for a while but didn’t want to pay upwards of £15k for one. After reading many online reviews, I came across Polar and they ticked all the boxes for what I was after, so ordered the 3-5 person cube.
Delivery took, as described, approximately 6 weeks and the team that assembled the sauna (led by Beau) were personable and efficient. The only issue we had was over a misunderstanding of the terms of the purchase. I understood installation to mean the sauna would be up and running but we ended up having to source the electrician ourselves. Throughout this process, Mike from Polar was helpful and communicative and worked with the electrician to get the work done in a timely manner. The customer service we received was excellent and I would highly recommend Polar, both in terms of the product itself (product quality, ease of use, etc) and their levels of customer service

Got this product to help with an injury in my back and has been amazing. Perfect size and keeps the water relatively cool. When I add ice it gets very cold and keeps cold for ages. Very study and easy to put up. My free gift ice block was broken when arrived but other than that it has been amazing. I recommend to my sister in law and she brought one aswell

I find the Polar-Recovery pool very good except for 2 things.When I set the temperature it does not always go to this temperature even when left over night.Especially if temperature is no under 10c.I set it to 10c and it is still over 18c this morning. Also the inflatable tube for the top always goes down on me even though there dosnt seem to be a hole in it.

Easy to assemble, doesn’t take long to fill. Very happy with the wellness feel of an affordable plunge

Great bit of kit, wish I'd got it sooner

We decided to write a review after we tried the sauna. We love it! It took us less than an hour to heat it up to 80 degrees C ( outside is 22 C). I am an experienced sauna user and I was really happy with the sauna performance. The ability to use hot steam gives a really good effect.
We are very happy with the service. They are reachable, responding fast and you can get any help/advice when you need it. The installation was done by an experienced team with a high quality. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We would highly recommend this company.

We bought the Polar unit to enable us o create an Ice Plunge barrel out of an old whisky barrel to go along with our other facilities at Cabins at The Coach House.

We’ve had it running in a test mode for about a week now and really impressed with the chiller. Even in this hot weather it’s keeping the barrel a cool 6c and it’s in direct sunlight.

Hope to more it into its final position next week whereupon our guests can start to enjoy the frosticles!!

Easier to assemble than all the naysayers on reddit would suggest. There are really only three connectors to attach plus the fixed plate and filter to the side. No leaks other than on drainage valve on ice bath, probably need to replace a washer - my bad. A waterproof cover for wet weather would be nice, currently using cover from previous ice bath as stand in. Filter housing dripped initially while running but after cleaning and retightening problem resolved. Colder, cleaner water to plunge in during the four months of summer makes it good buy imo.

To start with I was skeptical and purchasing this unit, but it has been a game changer. First of all, I don’t like going to the gym. I prefer steam over dry heat. I ordered the unit from the US but when I receive the unit, the steam unit is set up for 220 which is not available here in the US. I contacted Polar to make a long story short. They made it right and reimburse me the cost of a converter unit.
The sauna provides excellent steam, and heat and recovery for muscles has been amazing. I’ve used it during the winter months, which can be quite cold here in Michigan. I use essential oils like eucalyptus and frankincense and it’s helped with taking care of a few minor cold symptoms, stuffy head and congestion issues. I would definitely recommend this company as the unit outputs plenty of steam for the size.

Excellent service from when we ordered to when it was installed. We were kept informed throughout the process and the two guys who installed our sauna were very friendly and professional throughout. We have been using our sauna for approximately 2weeks and can certainly feel the benefits and my disabled partner has said it’s helped with her arthritis and pain relief

Revolutionary idea to use Ice baths to regenerate the body and mind fester!

Especially the polar Recovery Ice bath is of really good quality and I would always prefer the thicker 2.0 Version, especially the price Difference is not that Big at the moment!

The poles are made of synthetics and could eventually broken after years of working, due to sun Light and physical pressure... but the material and the construction of the Ice bath itself is solid!

Have fun and change the present!

Design is beautuful, solid craftmanship and great space inside. The harvia heater heats up fast and holds the temperature.
The whole experience is premium and it's a centerpiece in our backyard.

Had this sauna working for a week and thoroughly enjoying it. The Harvia Spirit heater looks lush and the WiFi feature works seamlessly to provide total control over timing and temperature whilst away from home. The team at Polar Recovery were in contact throughout the build and set up whenever needed to iron out and quickly resolve any issues or questions.

After visiting Iceland and Norway and experiencing, enjoying and feeling the benefits of sauna and cold plunge I was desperate to have something I could use as often as possible. I bought the cold plunge ice bath and steam sauna for circa £210. Absolute bargain for what is quality equipment. Easy to set up and easy to use a perfect combination so much so that I’ve built a sauna room from timber and old pallets and have my own little space to simply relax, detox and recover. Don’t hesitate, just buy one. You will not regret it.

We decided on an infrared outdoor sauna after trying one out on holiday. Polar Recovery have been excellent on every step of the way from deciding which one to choose, ordering, advice on groundworks and electrical requirements. The installation on the day was smooth and quick, with the team taking away all the packaging and explaining the controls and use.
After a couple of weeks in a high wind the glass door flew open and smashed. Mike and his team arrived the following morning with a new glass door and a temporary answer to lock the door shut whilst they investigated a more permanent solution.
I cannot praised Polar Recovery enough, they have been first class every time we needed them and so would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Received the Mini Chiller and very happy with the quality. Bought it just in time with the warm weather we are now having. Had a nice 4.5c plunge with the warm sun on my face. Doesn't get much better! :)

I love this thing. Training for long distance arctic stuff. I need recovery and inflammation reduction in the knees and legs. This definitely does it for that. Fully recommended. Weirdly about a minute or 2 after I get out. My sex drive goes off the scale. Total bonus.
