Great addition

The thermo lid helps in keeping the water at a lower temperature. It also adds more structure to the top to prevent rain water completely caving in the lid.

Great product and customer service

Delivered quickly and easy to assemble.
Only used a few times since receiving the tub, but already feel so much better.
I would definitely recommend getting one if you’re thinking about it.
Also great customer service as we had a problem but it was easily sorted and easy to contact if needed - thank you!

Each tub comes with instructions in the box. Our tub can easily be set up in under 5 minutes

Does it include a cover?

Yes! Each tub will come with a FREE soft stretch cover and Thermo lid as standard.

How often should I change the water?

Our tub requires very little maintenance. We recommend changing the water every 7 days or as preferred. Water cleanliness can be extended by using water stabilizers or treatments such as hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, or UV purifier. You can clean your tub using your preferred soap or detergent.

Do I need to clean my tub?

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse's in the UK and USA!

What temperature do you recommend?

We recommend starting out at around 15°C if it's your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get acclimated to the cold.

Does the ice bath have a valve at the bottom to empty?

Yes there is a tap attached on the side at the bottom and there is also a plug in the floor you can pull for faster draining
