Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

If you would like to return your new, unused item (in the original packaging), please send us an email to Support@Polar-Recovery.com with your full name, order number, original method of payment, as well as a picture and video of your unused item that you intend on returning. After we receive your request, we will inform you of the steps to finalize your return/exchange. *Any returned items received by Trigga without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can assist fully.

There are a few things to note:

What items cannot be returned?

  • A replacement product
  • Free gifts
  • Products bought from a third party (e.g. IndieGoGo, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Products bought during promotional periods (e.g. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.)*
  • Products paid with via bitcoin or any cryptocurrency.
  • Individual items from any gift bundle

Are there any charges on returns?

Returns are free for all Uk customers on orders over £150, any orders under £150 will require the customer to cover the return shipping cost. All return costs from countries situated outside the UK are not covered by our policy, and will be the customer’s responsibility. The shipping costs on the original order are not eligible for refunds.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
