To start with I was skeptical and purchasing this unit, but it has been a game changer. First of all, I don’t like going to the gym. I prefer steam over dry heat. I ordered the unit from the US but when I receive the unit, the steam unit is set up for 220 which is not available here in the US. I contacted Polar to make a long story short. They made it right and reimburse me the cost of a converter unit.
The sauna provides excellent steam, and heat and recovery for muscles has been amazing. I’ve used it during the winter months, which can be quite cold here in Michigan. I use essential oils like eucalyptus and frankincense and it’s helped with taking care of a few minor cold symptoms, stuffy head and congestion issues. I would definitely recommend this company as the unit outputs plenty of steam for the size.

What a great set up. Recently converted my garage into a gym. I hunted for a sauna for a while and this and another competitor was in my top two. I had a few questions and emailed both companies. After this Mike was my point of contact, he blew me over with his great customer service so i brought one. Delivered with ease, took a day longer but hey these things happen sometimes. The sauna was very easy to set up, that being said push the polls right into the connectors to make it easier for the tent to go on the frame. 10 to 12mins for the steam unit to heat up and bam, good to go. I didn't think the seat would be so comfortable but dam for a foldable chair i sat and had a 30min sauna with great comfort. Nice to take the chair out and use standing too. For the money and what you get I'd say its a winner. One other point that won me over was this sauna's steamer is 1500w comparing to others it has more power at the price point and preforms very well. Thanks polar recovery and man like mike!

We have had the ice bath for about 18months now, although the top inflatable ring has a puncture that we can not find, not affect it too much. Recently added the sauna and love our little Polar set up! GREAT customer service from Mike! 👍🏼

I am loving my new sauna. It is a fantastic product and the customer service was excellent. I would certainly recommend this product and company.

Received my pop up Sauna very promptly which was easy to assemble in a short time. I love the quality of the tent and the zip up window. Followed instructions on the steamer and this did not disappoint, it throws out some descent heat and steam. It is a great addition to my ice pod and i am now having my own private spa session each day. Love it! Great customer service from Polar recovery too.

I would advise anyone thinking of buying one of these to not hesitate for a moment. Best thing EVER. Super fast delivery, Simple to assemble, easy set up and complete relaxation for however long you like. Ideal for anyone on there journey. Only downside was stool provided was tiny but I've replaced this with a much comfier waterproof camping chair.

Although delivery was slightly delayed, it was worth the wait. Easy to assemble/disassemble and operating the steamer temperature and timer could not be simpler. Mine will I'm sure get a lot of use into the future.

Really happy with it and a great addition to the garage gym. Chair was very small as I'm 6ft 4 but I've replaced this. Get very hot and feels amazon

Me and my family are enjoying this god's gift of a personal portable sauna. Loving it 100%.the only thing I see a bit of a problem is the chair it's so small. But I didn't buy it for the chair so everything is 100%. Thank you for the free gift too.

Probably the most loved buy for the whole family.
Everything works perfectly
Easy to set up
Easy to wrap up if needed.
Just perfect.Thank you

Love this sauna. I read one review that steam was coming out every where. That is not my experience, and my sauna at the moment is in the corner of my lounge.
It was easy to put together just follow the instructions and I put it together by myself.
The sauna it self gets nice and steamy and I loved it. Felt so much better afterwards.

Great addition to our outdoor spa area, along with an ice bath. Easy to assemble, and surprisingly robust. The machine, hoses etc are easy to set up and run well. The sauna gets to a pleasant heat, although don’t expect the same as you would get in a fixed steam room. It’s enough to promote a deep relaxation in my muscles. The wee window is a lovely touch. We have ours outdoors for now, and rain gets in the top, so it’s not weather proof but we added some foam bars to the top to make it pent and let the rain run off. If it floods it’s very easy to just tip the water out. Highly recommend for the price and convenience. Customer service was also great. 👍🏻

Excellent value for money , easy to set up

Supplied with cheap Chinese 1000w steam generator identical to ones you can buy off eBay for about £40 takes a long time to start steaming and doesn't reach more than about 42C on max manual lists 3 different steamer powers but no option to pick a more powerful one. Overpriced for the quality

Bought one for my wife with the recover tub. This sauna is not for for outdoor use in anything other than clear, dry, windless days. It needs to be dried out and packed away after use. Otherwise it's wet and gets mouldy. The chair is fabric so needs regular cleaning. I recommend using a towel or buying a different chair. The mat also needs to be cleaned after use as it soaks up your sweat. It does work, bit it's a bit faffy. The tub has plastic screw in taps that need extra PTFE otherwise they leak.
Expensive and not great.

i brought the polar recovery steam and recovery tub, both very good and easy to set up. only downside was the original fumigator they sent me didnt work, customer services was a bit slow replying but with a bit of prompting they sent me a new one 12 days after purchase FOC

For the price this home sauna works really well, easy to set up and use. Fill the machine and 10 minutes later it's ready to enter. Comfortable seat really good sauna if your short on space

I have been throughly enjoying the benefits of the polar sauna..I have arthritis which it has been helping.. only downside was trying to get the cover over the poles..it could have done with an extra half inch of material as it ripped a bit pulling it over.

Its great

you can see daylight through some of the performated holes thats been created through the seeming of the product.
The valve adapter doesnt fit right on entry to the sauna either

Would highly recommend. Given as a gift but recipient loves it and uses it after home workouts 3 times a week. Says it’s a wonderful wind down and temperature is fine for his needs.

Great product. Very easy to assembly and to use. Great support. I love my portable sauna.

Very impressed with this product ,very easy to set up and get going the only down side is the hole at the back of the sauna which is where the tube goes into the sauna is a lot larger than the pipe which goes through it , my husband managed to make it smaller with a piece of rubber .

It is lovely going in the sauna and plunge pool every morning. I would say the sauna is more like a steam room, it is definitely not like a typical dry sauna. I had a problem with the machine that heats the sauna, but it was resolved by the team, and I have had no problems since. Overall I'm happy with it.
