Delivery & Setup

• We deliver with a two-person team. Our formal service is kerbside delivery.
  
• Where access allows, we’ll move the tub to your chosen location—but this depends on a clear, straightforward route.
  
• We require a minimum access width of 1.2 m (including gates, paths, and turns).
  
• If we can get the tub to its final spot, we’ll assemble it for you on-site.
  
• If access is tight, uneven, or obstructed (steps, gravel, steep slopes, tight corners), we may need to leave the tub kerbside.
